Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistantfor an exciting job in Ashburn VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including feeding toileting hygiene and mobility.
Support students during classroom activities transitions and community-based routines.
Follow individualized care and behavior support plans as directed by school staff.
Ensure student safety and maintain a supportive respectful environment.
Communicate professionally with teachers staff and parents regarding student needs or concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred based on student-specific needs.
Experience working with children with special needs is required.
PCA certification or CNA license required.
AHA BLS certification required.
Strong communication patience empathy and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and remain calm in challenging situations.
