The Sales & Business Development Manager (Francophone Europe and/or Middle East) is responsible for driving strategic growth across target markets by developing new business opportunities expanding existing customer relationships and positioning Security Accent as a trusted leader in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity Advisory and Managed Security Services.
This role blends sales leadership territory ownership and technical-commercial understanding of IAM and cybersecurity. The manager is expected to represent Security Accent to enterprise and government customers build deep long-term partnerships and accelerate revenue growth in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Ownership & Growth
- Lead business development strategies across Francophone Europe and/or the Middle East.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across sectors (finance energy public sector manufacturing healthcare etc.).
- Perform competitive analysis and position Security Accents differentiators effectively.
- Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
Enterprise Sales & Account Management
- Drive the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closure.
- Manage key enterprise accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal chapters (Advisory Development Delivery Managed Services) to build winning proposals and customer journeys.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and maintain partnerships with technology vendors (IAM Cybersecurity PAM CIEM etc.).
- Establish relationships with regional integrators distributors and ecosystem partners.
- Identify joint-go-to-market opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Conduct executive-level discussions and presentations with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Understand customer challenges and translate them into Security Accent solutions.
- Represent the company at events conferences and industry forums.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM updates forecasting and activity tracking.
- Prepare periodic sales reports market insights and revenue projections.
- Contribute to annual sales planning and regional strategy refinement.
Requirements
Professional Competencies
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development (preferably in cybersecurity IAM or IT services).
- Understanding of IAM concepts (IGA AM PAM CIEM Authentication Zero Trust).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with international clients in Francophone Europe and/or the Middle East.
- Ability to build strong relationships at executive and technical levels.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing high-performance environment.
Language Requirements
- Fluent French.
- English mandatory.
- Arabic is mandatory.
