The role supports the commercial team in prospecting potential clients strengthening relationships and assisting with proposals technical assessments and post-sales follow-up. This position contributes to expanding the client portfolio and achieving commercial growth targets.
The position is hybrid based in Mexico City and the metropolitan area with regular visits to industrial customers and participation in trade events and industry expos.
Requirements
12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Bachelors degree in Administration Commerce Engineering or related fields
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Excel
Intermediate English preferred
Availability for industrial client visits within CDMX and surrounding areas
Strong communication analysis and technical learning abilities

Base salary of $20000 $30000 MXN
Variable compensation (1025%)
OTE of $24000 $36000 MXN

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
