Workplace Endpoint Management Engineer

The Endpoint Management Engineer is responsible for the overall governance implementation and evolution of end-user hardware and software asset management across all regions.
This role ensures the efficient lifecycle management of workplace assets from acquisition to retirement while maintaining compliance cost efficiency and operational excellence. He/she will oversee the global asset inventory ensuring accuracy standardization and alignment with both local and global regulations. Working closely with IAM ITSM Cybersecurity Procurement Finance and Regional Infrastructure Teams the Lead will ensure assets are provisioned tracked and maintained according to enterprise standards and security requirements.
The Endpoint Management Engineer will define and continuously improve global policies processes and tools related to hardware and software lifecycle management optimizing cost efficiency and supporting sustainable technology operations.
This role will also ensure that audit readiness and data integrity are maintained across all asset repositories and reporting systems. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) Workplace Hardware and Software lifecycle management and global coordination across multiple regions (LATAM EUROPE and AMETA). Strong analytical organizational and communication skills are essential to effectively manage and report on global asset performance ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic operational and financial goals.
The position may be based in any of the managed regions of client.
