What we need:
We are seeking a highly organized people-person to fill this key position in Human Resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills a high level of diplomacy and the ability to work independently.
Position Overview:
The HR Technician will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support across key HR functions including payroll processing maintenance of employee files benefits administration recruitment assistance employee engagement and company-wide activities. The ideal candidate will be organized efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality and accuracy are paramount.
Additional responsibilities:
- Maintain HR files records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal retention requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling candidate communication and application tracking.
- Support timekeeping and payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry.
- Assist with employee benefit enrollments changes and inquiries.
- Participate in employee engagement and communications.
What youll need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience. HR or Administrative experience preferred.
- A (1) 2 year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of a specialized training courses conducted by vendors or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
