Responsabilitati:
- Contacteaza si dezvolta relatii cu clientii alocati (zona alocata: Bistrita Nasaud) conform standardelor si procedurilor interne cat si conform planificarii routing. Ofera solutii adaptate nevoilor clientilor
- Intocmeste comenzile pentru clienti respectand conditiile comerciale negociate si politica de acordare a bugetelor suplimentare
- Promoveaza produsele si serviciile companiei
- Verifica si analizeaza rapoartele privind discounturile comenzile neconforme si restantele de produse
- Rezolva reclamatiile gestioneaza retururile si colaboreaza cu departamentele interne pe diferite actiuni
- Solicita reconfirmari de discounturi de la producatori si se asigura de inregistrarea corecta a acestoraimpreuna cu echipa de Analiza Discount
