Bid Administrator
Location: Kenilworth Salary: per annum Job Type: Full-time Permanent Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Bid Administrator to support the successful delivery of high-quality proposals and tender submissions. This role plays a key part in shaping compelling bids coordinating input from subject matter experts and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Produce engaging accurate and persuasive bid content including responses for PQQs RFPs and ITTs.
- Submission Management: Coordinate the submission process ensuring all documents are uploaded and submitted correctly and on time.
- Bid Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of winning bid strategies helping to identify key win themes and differentiators.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research into markets competitors and client needs to ensure tailored and well-informed bid responses.
- Document & Process Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle including planning compliance checks version control and final submission.
- Collaboration: Work closely with bid managers technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy consistency and quality.
Skills & Experience Required- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with a background in bid writing or a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and respond to complex requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
