About the Role:
- Location:Slough Berkshire
- Hours:Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
- Salary: 24000
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Youll be working as part of a team to support the depot manager in running of day to day business involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries.
- Updating in house systems including customer reports Invoicing time sheets taking payments over the phone raising purchase orders via our in-house systems telephone & email enquiries.
- Other ad-hoc general admin duties.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
Youll will already be familiar with an office environment the successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office minimum 12 months previous data entry experience a background in customer service excellent IT skills (Excel Word) and the ability to learn new in house IT systems..
