Job Description
As a Senior HR Executive (Payroll C&B & HRIS) at NTS Singapore you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing supporting HRIS systems and driving Compensation & Benefits initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders external vendors and leadership teams to ensure HR operations run efficiently and compliantly. This role offers a strong blend of operational HR responsibilities and opportunities to support strategic HR projects.
Furthermore your key responsibilities are:
End-to-end payroll processing for >200 headcount ensuring accuracy and compliance with MOM CPF and IRAS regulations including expatriate tax requirements.
Prepare monthly payroll reports for internal stakeholders and Finance and support MOM salary data surveys and related requests.
Provide HRIS system navigation support and enhancement; collaborate with external payroll vendors on system issues and upgrades.
Conduct market benchmarking and C&B analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures; advise on compensation adjustments (promotions lateral moves annual revisions).
Support performance management processes including data accuracy analytics evaluation tools and the launch of the global e-Performance platform for NTS Singapore.
Deliver HR data analytics reporting and support budget planning related to manpower costs.
Support HR initiatives such as training administration LMS updates leadership programs competency gap analysis and HR policy implementation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR payroll experience with strong exposure to C&B market benchmarking and performance managementpreferably within manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation CPF computations IRAS tax filing requirements and MOM employment regulations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems including navigation implementation upgrading and system support.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of market salary benchmarking methodologies and C&B best practices.
High level of compliance accuracy and attention to detail.
