We invite you to join our team as a Business Excellence Project this role you will support and lead regulatory projects and operational risk events assist in audit processes manage updates to Terms & Conditions and proactively ensure the Nordic business complies with AEMP10 Third-party Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead regulatory changes audits and business initiatives
• Support digital infrastructure improvements
• Manage third-party risks per regulations and policies
• Optimize processes and address control and operational risk issues
• Update terms and conditions as needed

• Work in partnership with Business Technology Servicing Compliance Legal and Risk departments to enhance operational efficiency and deliver increased value to customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Swedish both spoken and written. Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
• Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
• Project management experience in Finance Banking IT or Business Travel.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Economics Finance Mathematics or Business.

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

• Skilled in handling large datasets and process flows.
• Proficient with MS Word Excel PowerPoint; MS Access desirable.
• Experienced in operational risk compliance or control functions.
