About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Intelligent Automation (IA) team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies such as Machine Learning Natural Language Processing Robotics Process Automation Business Process Management Reconciliation Tools APIs and Automation.



Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Transformation Office is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Process Design Analyst to support the Process Design team in driving transformational initiatives. You will (a) lead data gathering and complex analysis; (b) create detailed process documentation and recommendations; (c) manage project documentation and status updates; and (d) contribute to the implementation of process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to apply analytical expertise while working with experienced professionals in a global organization.

Skills Required to be Successful in this Role:

Critical Thinking

  • Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to recommend solutions
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma Design Thinking etc.)

Communication / Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to confidently and appropriately present information to various audiences
  • Ability to work independently and lead small initiatives

Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio Optix Figma etc.)
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • Proficient with SharePoint and collaborative tools
  • Experience working with intelligent automation technologies and understanding of their use cases

Experience

  • 3 years of relevant experience in process analysis or improvement
  • Proven track record in data analysis and insights generation
  • Demonstrated ability to capture synthesize and distribute clear accurate meeting minutes and action items
  • Strong background in creating executive-level presentations and documentation



Qualifications

About You:

  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • You have experience in process improvement initiatives and understand process improvement methodologies
  • You can manage multiple complex projects effectively
  • Youre skilled at translating data into actionable insights
  • You have a track record of delivering high-quality work independently
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
