Job Summary

Mazergroup is a family of machinery dealerships offering agricultural construction and commercial turf equipment sales parts and service. With eighteen locations across Manitoba and Southern Saskatchewan we are ideally positioned to serve our customers throughout our territory.

As part of the service team theService Administratoris responsible for the effective administrative support of the service department and presenting an image of friendly knowledgeable professionalism the Service Administratoris responsible for greeting customers guests and teammates in person and via the telephone. Some primary functions include the creation tracking and maintenance of service department paper flow and liaison with major dealership suppliers.

Youll be a match if you have...

Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required
Detail oriented and ability to multitask
Office administration certificate/diploma would be an asset
Experienced in customer service and effective communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office and typing skills
Valid drivers license with a clean abstract is an asset
