- Were looking for aChange Management Subject Matter Expertwho doesnt just manage change theyengineer adoption. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation people strategy and execution. Youll lead large-scale enterprise change initiatives build repeatable change frameworks and make sure transformation actually sticks (not just looks good on PowerPoint).
- This is a senior hands-on role for someone whos been around the block seen transformations fail fixed them and turned chaos into momentum.
- Key Responsibilities
- Leadenterprise-wide change management strategiesfor large-scale business digital and system transformations
- Design and executeend-to-end change planscovering stakeholder engagement communications training and readiness
- Serve as theChange Management SME advising executives sponsors and program leaders on best practices
- Build scale and mature aChange Management Center of Excellence (COE)
- ApplyPROSCI / ADKAR methodologyto drive measurable adoption and benefit realization
- Partner with PMO Agile teams HR Training and Communications to embed change into delivery
- Develop and manageChange Champion Networksand leadership enablement strategies
- Conductchange impact assessments readiness assessments and maturity assessments
- Define success metrics and trackchange adoption ROI and business outcomes
- Coach leaders and managers onchange leadership behaviors
- Support global and cross-cultural teams across regions and business units
- Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10 yearsof progressive experience inOrganizational Change Management Transformation or HR Leadership
- Proven success leadinglarge-scale enterprise transformations(digital ERP Salesforce M&A operating model changes etc.)
- Deep expertise inPROSCI Change Management (ADKAR) certification required
- Experience building and leading aChange Management COE
- Strong background working withexecutive stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience inglobal organizationsand matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to improvechange maturity and adoption metrics
- Strong facilitation communication and influence skills (without relying on authority)
- Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience inEnergy & Utilities Financial Services Technology Manufacturing or Aviation
- Exposure toAgile / SAFe environments
- Background inHR Organizational Development or Talent Management
- Experience supportingSalesforce or large enterprise system deployments
- Ability to operate as bothstrategist and doer
