Product Manager ODM and ASIC Solutions

Job Summary

The Product Manager for ODM and ASIC Solutions is responsible for leading product strategy developing roadmaps and engaging with ecosystems acrossODMs forAI high-density infrastructureand related to White Space applications. This role requires strong visibility and connectivity within the AI/ASIC industryspanning hyperscalers ODMs system integrators and enterprise customers. The position will drive technology co-development manage solution roadmaps monitor market dynamics and collaborate closely with regional and global Vertiv teams to enable solution adoption and business growth.

Vertiv IT Systems is a Global Business Unit that helps Customers solve the increasingly significant challenge of Digital Continuity for users of digital applications worldwide leveraging a mix of technology leadership global company scale regional familiarity and a proficiency in understanding the Customer.

Digital Continuity solutions include:

• Critical infrastructure hardware (power cooling enclosures ancillary)
• Software and services enabling the continuous functionality of IT assets running digital applications across cloud enterprise industry and communications spaces

Deployments are anchored in two broad segments: Edge Rack Systems and Data Center Rack Systems. Data Center Rack Systems deployments tend toward two specializations: High Density Solutions and Data Center Pods. Customers include end-users and technology service providers ranging from Fortune 10 global companies to small businesses across various verticals and government entities. Channel Partners include server OEMs IT & Electrical Distributors Resellers and Managed Service Providers.

ThePosition ofProduct Manager ODM and ASIC Solutions (AI / High Density Applications (Nvidia & ASIC Ecosystem)) is to lead revenue market share and profitability gains in the growing High Density Solution market globally through the development and delivery of innovative solutions for digital critical infrastructure deployments typically in cloud colocation and enterprise data center settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Ecosystem Engagement & Visibility

• Develop and maintain deep visibility and strategic connections across the AI and ASIC ecosystem including Nvidia custom ASIC partners hyperscalers ODMs SI partners and enterprise accounts in Taiwan Asia and globally.
• Represent Vertiv in key customer technology discussions related to AI/HDand for white spacedeployments.

2. Voice of Customer Market Dynamics & Competitive Analysis

• Lead the collection of Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify unmet needs and emerging technical requirements.
• Monitor industry trends market dynamics and competitive movement across AI ASIC and high-density system architectures and for white space systems.
• Provide insights to guide product strategy and positioning.

3. Early Technology Roadmap Engagement

• Engage early in customer technology roadmapsAI compute ASIC architectures rack power thermal-power integration and high-density infrastructure.
• Identify co-development opportunities and collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners to define product/solution direction.

4. Product & Solution Co-Development

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute co-development programs with customers including power shelves HVDC rack systems AI rack power integration and related high-density solutions.
• Ensure alignment of schedules deliverables and technical specifications across engineering and product teams.

5. Product & Solution Roadmap Ownership

• Own new product and solution roadmap management for AI/HD applications Nvidia/ASIC deployment infrastructure ODM white-label solutions and power system architectures for white space systems.
• Drive prioritization and ensure roadmap decisions align with customer demand and market growth opportunities.

6. Business Development with ODM and SI Partners

• Identify new solution business opportunities with ODM and SI partners.
• Enable and support Vertiv offerings in Tier-2 and Tier-3 ecosystem channels across TW/Asia/global regions.
• Strengthen Vertivs positioning in AI/HD infrastructure deployments and for white space system implementation.

7. Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with a broad internal organization including product managers engineering teams from different BUs/LoBs GSA global sales BD teams and solution enablement groups.
• Facilitate alignment and execution across Taiwan Asia and global teams to support commercial success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in an applicable technology or business field is preferred. MBA is beneficial.
• 7+ years experience in related roles
• Strong understanding of the AI / ASIC ecosystem including hyperscalers ODMs SIs and enterprise customer dynamics.
• Knowledge in power systems AI server architecture high-density rack infrastructureand/or white spaceis preferred.
• Experience in product management program management technology marketing within data center or high-density computing environments or white space.
• Proven ability to manage VOC interpret market/technology evolution and define product requirements.
• Experience in roadmap planning customer engagement and cross-functional program communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and lead initiatives involving multiple regions and organizational units.
• Bachelors degree in engineering technology or business field; advanced degree a plus.
• Familiarity with server OEM & ODM market leaders their technologies capabilities go-to-market routes and strategies is highly preferred.
