Job Description:
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of operational scale and organisational maturity for a rapidly growing healthtech platform. This pivotal role involves building scalable systems processes and performance frameworks across multiple functions ensuring predictable delivery and commercial outcomes. You will drive commercial rigor compliance and enhance customer experience positioning the company for rapid growth.

What you will do:
Build and manage the operating model processes and systems for scale across Customer Success Support Data and Marketing
Strengthen commercial operations unit economics pricing and retention performance managing budgeting and financial discipline
Own company-wide operational compliance including information security data protection and clinical governance in a regulated environment
The ideal candidate:
Ten or more years of operational leadership experience including senior roles in high-growth technology companies
Demonstrated success scaling a business through Series A to Series B or equivalent growth stages
Strong financial capability including budgeting forecasting and commercial modelling with proven ability to build teams
