About You

You are an experienced landscape construction professional with 610 years hands-on industry experience confident in running job sites and leading small teams. You bring strong technical capability across all major construction elements including:

• Paving
• Decks and timber structures
• Retaining walls
• Brick/block construction
• General landscape carpentry and hardscape installation

You take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment across varying weather conditions. Safety is at the centre of how you operate and youre fully competent with a broad range of tools machinery and construction equipment.

You have a Cert III in Landscape Construction a current drivers licence White Card and ideally a Working with Children Check.

Above all you are punctual reliable detail-driven and committed to producing work that exceeds client expectations. You enjoy mentoring others coordinating daily tasks and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

About the Role

Working across Greater Brisbane from our Salisbury depot you will oversee the delivery of small to medium landscape construction projects across Brisbane. Youll coordinate materials manage staff on-site and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running job sites day-to-day and leading construction teams
• Reading plans and executing high-quality hardscape and structural landscape builds
• Installing paving decks retaining walls fencing and timber structures
• Constructing brick and block features
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring site safety
• Ordering and organising materials equipment and site logistics
• Completing site documentation and communicating progress with management
• Training mentoring and guiding junior team members
