Join OBH as a Program Manager 1A and play a leading role in shaping behavioral health services across Louisiana. This position drives the development and implementation of the states CCBHC certification programdesigning policy creating certification criteria leading the pre-certification process and ensuring alignment with federal and state requirements. Youll work closely with OBH leadership Health Standards data teams and providers to build a consistent high-quality certification system that strengthens access to integrated behavioral health care statewide.

Job Duties:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Experience in project management including timeline development task tracking and cross-team coordination; the development and implementation of policies procedures workflows and documentation aligned with regulatory standards; and conducting readiness reviews and compliance monitoring.
