For our Munich office we are looking for a growthmarketing manager(f/m/d)in full time.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team
Organize and promote events (trade shows APS presence virtual events) to maximize lead capture
Plan launch andoptimizepaid campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads)
Design and manage lead nurturing programs including email campaigns webinars and gated content
Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance pipeline contribution and ROI
Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goalsand improve campaign performance
Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns

Requirements

Degree in Marketing Business or related field
3 years of experience indemand generation growthmarketingor a comparable role ideally in a B2B tech deep-tech orhardware/equipment industry
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data andoptimizecampaigns
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Independent proactive and well-organized working style
Open-minded collaborative personality with a solution-focused approach
