About the role:
- Working closely with a Doyles Guide recommended Partner and take a lead role in a Succession Planning and Deceased Estates practice covering estate planning administration and contested estate work including family provision and estate disputes.
- Advise high net worth individuals and business clients.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5 years PQE in Wills and Estates Law who is based in Sydney or Canberra
- Confident client facing skills and the ability to provide clear practical advice
- Solid drafting skills and strong attention to detail
- A collaborative approach proactive commercial mindset and genuine interest in building client relationships.
