Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive AMN Administrative Assistant who will ensure the smooth and organized functioning of daily operations while supporting various markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a lead point of contact for all operational initiatives at the AMN level managing multiple needs of the team.
  • Acts as point of contact among employees clients and external partners; engages in clear and consistent communication handles confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manages the coordination and delivery of bonuses and incentives across our 10K teammates who participate in our Saturday programs. This includes coordinating the ordering process for shirts and other branded merchandise.
  • Supports the staffing of all optional service dates by identifying staffing shortages and coordinating email outreach to find employees to staff our center openings.
  • Coordinates with vendors ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Handles communication from operational leaders across the organization through email chat and video calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supports the team with data entry email preparation and other administrative functions.
  • Manages relationships across internal departments and external vendors; collaborates with various departments to support administrative needs and projects facilitates relationships with external vendors to secure supplies negotiate rates and manage the facilities.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience working in a professional environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is expected.
  • Bachelors Degree or higher completed preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required / Preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively professionally and positively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record in providing executive-level support.
  • An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in handling challenges
