Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Respiratory Therapist youll lead essential duties that define high-quality pulmonary care. Core responsibilities include evaluating patients respiratory status developing and implementing ventilation strategies managing mechanical ventilators and noninvasive support conducting bronchodilator therapies and airway clearance techniques performing arterial blood gas analysis and providing patient and family education. Youll collaborate with physicians nurses and rehab teams to optimize treatment plans monitor progress and adjust therapies as indicated. In return for your expertise youll receive competitive compensation including a weekly pay range of $2049$2167 with a guaranteed hourly commitment of 36.0 hours.
