As an IEP Coordinator at New Story Schools you will manage the administrative process that supports every students individualized education plan. Your work ensures compliance organization and communication across all teams helping our schools deliver high-quality special education services.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
At least two years of administrative or clerical experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student data systems
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
What Youll Do
Coordinate all aspects of the IEP process and related meetings
Maintain compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements
Manage communication with families LEAs and multidisciplinary teams
Prepare track and file all IEP-related documentation accurately
Support school leadership with administrative and data management tasks
