What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Strong experience within a nursery or early years setting.
Previous responsibility for leading a room or supporting senior practitioners is desirable.
Confident knowledge of safeguarding the EYFS and child development.
Warm positive communication skills with both children and families.
A proactive supportive approach to leading and coaching your team.
