• You develop creative strategies story anglesand messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner pagesspanning short-form and long-form formats tailored for both video and written content.
• You translate customer insights and performance data into innovative high-converting content ideas.
• You collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation Performance Marketing Partner Pages and the Creative Pod to execute assets end-to-end.
• You write briefs scripts and hooks and you oversee creative production.
• You continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance data.
• You stay ahead of platform trends and identify new opportunities for acquisition content.
• You own end-to-end project management for creative delivery business-as-usual and campaign updates including timelines stakeholder alignment and QA.

• 5 years experience in performance-driven creative strategy (ideally D2C/beauty/wellness).
• Strong understanding of paid social and partner page creative mechanics.
• Proven track record of high-performing ads and funnel assets.
• Excellent storytelling analytical thinking and briefing skills.
• Fast structured performance-focused working style.
