Job Description:
Join a dynamic fast-growing fintech SaaS as a Finance & Accounts Assistant directly supporting the CFO and external bookkeepers. This pivotal role ensures the smooth accurate and timely processing of all day-to-day finance operations from accounts payable/receivable to payroll and month-end reporting contributing significantly to the companys financial health and operational efficiency.

What you will do:
Manage accounts payable including processing invoices reconciling statements and preparing payment runs
Oversee accounts receivable raising sales invoices allocating receipts and chasing overdue balances
Provide comprehensive support for month-end close posting journals reconciling key accounts and assisting with management accounts
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role ideally within an SME or fintech
Demonstrates solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping reconciliations and proficiency in Xero
Is detail-oriented self-motivated and comfortable navigating the demands of a fast-paced scale-up environment
