Job Summary
As a Water and Milk Sampling Technician you will support AsureQualitys regulatory and quality assurance services by conducting water and milk sampling from dairy farms across the Southland region.
This role involves working on a casual basis and will predominantly be based in Invercargill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and schedule own work in a manner that meets customers requests and deadlines.
- Gather water and milk samples from farms as and when our customers submit requests for them.
- Take samples immediately back to our Invercargill or Gore site and prepare samples for shipping and dispatch them to relevant labs for testing.
- Complete relevant checks and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Were looking for someone who is motivated to contribute to the success of New Zealands primary industries
- Has experience in the primary sector (farm dairy background ideally).
- Have a full and clean drivers licence.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning safe work practices and professional integrity.
