As a Product Delivery Associate in Connected Commerceteam you will play a vital role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring code readiness aligns with business requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass test planning and execution along with functional end-to-end and regression testing. You will collaborate with Risk and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended effectively minimizing post-launch risks. As part of the Testing team you are at the center of keeping our customers and these businesses strong and resilient.

Job responsibilities
  • Understand the intent of a business requirement
  • Formulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved
  • Execute of business scenario in UAT environment
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status
  • Ensure testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate
  • Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups
  • Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed
  • Facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various products
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow up on the status of Automation testing
  • Create and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Bachelors degree or comparable experience
  • 3years of experience in manual testing along withformulating test plans and approach test scenarios and test scripts
  • Experience in JIRA process understanding of the process flow and creation of the task
  • Experience with Microsoft Office ConfluenceqTest tool
  • Writing and executing queries in SQL
  • Knowledge in Unix operating system
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
  • Strong clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn degree of initiative self-direction and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Experience with mainframe screensbusiness rules engines
  • Understanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processing
  • Experience with risk processing
