• Lead & deploy general safety contractor safety fire safety high-risk work management and emergency response in manufacturing site.
• 主导并实施运营工厂的通用安全消防安全高风险作业管理以及应急响应等相关项目
• Establish and maintain a sustainable connection with local safety authorities and ensure full compliance of site safety practices with applicable local regulations.
• 建立并维持与当地安全监管机构稳固且可持续的合作关系确保现场安全管理实践全面符合当地法规要求
• Manage contractor/onsite service provider on EHS&S field.
• 监督承包商和驻厂服务商的EHS&S管理
• Develop site-specific procedures and programs based on corporate guidance regulatory standards and best practices.
• 根据公司指导方针法规要求及行业最佳实践制定适用于具体场所的安全管理程序和项目
• Partners with associates at all levels including frequent interaction with middle and senior management at the business location and occasional interaction with regulatory authorities.

• Provide technical support and guidance on EHS standards and best practices to various facility stakeholders.

• Participating in and support EHS projects Risk Assessments and ensure identified action are incorporated into the site tracking process.

• Document all EHS reviews at various stage-gates and manage measures to achieve action closure in a timely manner.
• 在各阶段评审节点记录 EHS 审查内容并管理相关措施确保及时完成整改闭环
• Participate in all stages of the vendor technical review contributing an EHS perspective providing solution-based support.
• 全程参与供应商技术评审提供 EHS 视角并支持基于解决方案的建议与改进
• Conduct incident/accident investigation and corrective action and preventive action follow up
• 进行事件事故调查和追踪纠正预防措施
• Provide technical support to the System Owner group to facilitate compliance with J&J Safety expectations and incorporate lessons learned and best practice solutions.

• Support other project EHS functions to ensure project EHS deliverables meet schedule and budget obligations.

• Maintain and report on EHS KPIs and other project KPIs throughout the project and facility lifecycle.
• 在项目及设施生命周期内持续维护并汇报 EHS 关键绩效指标KPI及其他项目相关指标
• Facilitate EHS training for large and small groups as well as coaching trainers to execute on EHS training materials.
• 组织开展大规模及小型 EHS 培训并指导培训师有效实施培训材料
• Support China campus EHS issue as required.

• Essential Qualifications / 任职资格要求
• A minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent in EHS Engineering Science or a related field.
• 拥有 EHS工程理科或相关专业的本科及以上学历或具备同等资质
• Technical/working knowledge of federal state and local regulations in general safety contractor safety fire safety high-risk work management and emergency response.
• 熟悉国家省市及地方在通用安全承包商管理消防安全风险作业管理以及应急响应方面的相关法规与要求
• Ability to quickly interpret complex regulatory issues and provide recommended course of action.
• 能够快速理解复杂的法规问题并提出可行的应对建议
• Experience in general safety management fire safety and contractor management within the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
• 具备医疗器械或制药行业的一般安全管理消防安全及承包商管理相关经验
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in EHS roles.
• 至少一年 EHS 相关岗位工作经验
• Skills / 技能要求
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to working in a team delivery environment.
