About the opportunity
At Mercy Health each moment no matter how small truly matters - and as a Cleaner youll create cherished moments each day.
You will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facility ensuring the well-being and comfort of elderly residents. General responsibilities include routine cleaning tasks such as mopping vacuuming dusting and sanitizing common areas resident rooms and restrooms.
Ensure the Aged Care home is cleaned and maintained in accordance with prescribed routines and infection control guidelines.

To thrive in this role you will have:
Previous experience working in Aged Care or Health environment highly desirable.
Ability to work independently a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and pride in your work is essential.
A sense of compassion & empathy towards elderly residents.
You will also be required to provide evidence of or consent to obtain:
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers clearance.
