Quality Administrator
Job Summary:
The Quality Administrator is responsible for assisting the Quality Team including Management Engineering and Inspection. The Quality Administrator will help maintain databases and logs used by the quality department and support administrative activities.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in updating and maintaining the Quality Management System and training documentation and planning.
Record management and document control.
Support internal auditing maintain audit schedule and document and support the team during external audits.
Assist the maintenance of calibration logs and records approved supplier list survey records.
Corrective action tracking and scheduling non-conformance support and ensuring supporting documents are complete.
General support actions including KPI collection updating quality notes for purchase orders etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors or equivalent.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Minimum of 3 years experience in aerospace quality or operations administration or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Quality Systems preferably ISO 9001/AS9100.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
