Overview
Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Rehab Tech to join the Inpatient this role you will be responsible for the basic cleaning and upkeep of the Rehab Department. Assists therapists with patient care and other departmental duties. Treats patients independently as delegated by the therapist.
As a Rehab Tech you may perform more advanced duties when trained and competency-checked on Technician Skills List
Type of Opportunity: Full Time 1.0 FTE 40 Hours per week

Qualifications
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- One or more years experience as a Rehab Technician preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
Responsible for the basic cleaning and upkeep of the Rehab Department.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served.
Assists therapists/assistants with patient care and other departmental duties.
Performs other patient care procedures under the guidance of a licensed clinician.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology anatomy modalities pertinent to the rehab setting.
Settings may include inpatient outpatient and aquatics.
Other duties as assigned.
