WHAT YOULL DO
Our Transport Teams are centralized into three local hubs across Europe known as Cluster Transport Operations Centers (CTOCs) located in the Poznań area (Poland) Madrid area (Spain) and Stockholm (Sweden). These centers enable collaborative resource pooling centralized expertise and a unified approach to managing all markets from a cluster-wide perspective maximizing synergies across the network and strengthening stakeholder alignment.
As Transport Planning Lead youll oversee transport planning supports negotiations and coordinates stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous operational improvement. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing transport systems and tools ensuring integration issue resolution and data accuracy
- Coordinating delivery schedules and transport capacity for optimal planning and execution
- Administering transport contracts and supporting negotiations with legal and commercial teams
- Contributing to commercial activities through operational reviews and local expertise
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and service-level optimization
- Leading transport projects and process improvements to enhance workflows and address operational challenges
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transport planning and execution. Your main collaboration partners will be:
- Transport Planning team
- Regional Transport Operations team
- Commercial Stakeholders
- Finance & Controlling Team
