Position how youll contribute
- Capture analyze and document business and product requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product UX/UI Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams
- Support backlog refinement prioritization and scope management
- Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and requirement clarification meetings
- Contribute to functional specifications process flows and data mapping
- Ensure product decisions align with business goals and user experience
- Support test planning and verify feature readiness against requirements
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery
- Strong understanding of UX flows APIs authentication/security and data handling
- Ability to write clear user stories acceptance criteria and system interactions
- Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a user-centric and product-driven approach
- Ability to work with data models process mapping and requirements traceability
- Skilled in backlog planning and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Additional skills the edge you have
- Ability to support QA with acceptance/test planning
- Knowledge of mobile or web performance metrics
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS serverless APIs)
- Experience working in large-scale platform transformation projects
