Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer with proven experience in automotive interior lighting. They should be capable of delivering high-quality 3D and 2D designs while working remotely within a structured workflow
Qualifications :
You hold a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Industrial Design or a related technical field. Previous experience in an OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment is preferred. Experience with lighting components optical integration or interior modules is considered a strong advantage.

- Comfortable participating in regular alignment meetings and presenting design output
Technical Skills
- CATIA V5 expertise with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in interior lighting design.
- Strong understanding of plastic part design packaging constraints and integration of lighting components.
- Familiarity with VW Group processes and standards (preferred).
- Experience with CONNECT (VW Group PLM tool) is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage CAD data revisions and design documentation in a PLM environment
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills especially in a remote work context.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Component Owners Project Leads QA).
- Problem-solving mindset with good organizational skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to work with new tools workflows and design standards
