Job Summary
Position Summary
WNS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to drive user-centered design across enterprise solutions products and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership hands-on design expertise and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver intuitive high-quality digital experiences. The candidate will lead a team of designers and help strengthen the UX capability within WNS including the evolution of the HEX design system.
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & LeadershipDefine and implement UX strategy aligned with WNSs broader business transformation discovery problem framing and user experience planning for projects and client stakeholders on UX best practices and influence product ExecutionOversee the full design lifecycle: user flows wireframes prototypes and final high-quality consistent designs following WNSs design system (HEX).Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to usability and accessibility ManagementLead mentor and manage a team of UX/UI resources ensure timely deliveries and drive quality across team development through coaching training and -Functional & Client CollaborationWork closely with Product Technology Data Science and Business workshops requirement sessions and design with clients and internal leaders to understand requirements and define success & ImprovementConduct or guide user research usability testing and heuristic evaluations as insights into actionable design UX success metrics and drive continuous
Qualifications
1012 years of experience in UX/UI design with experience in leading design portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS and enterprise-grade digital in Figma and modern design/prototyping command of UX principles interaction design and design communication stakeholder management and presentation QualificationsExperience with AI-driven workflows analytics dashboards or automation to enterprise transformation process redesign or multi-stakeholder -on experience building or scaling design EnvironmentFast-paced collaborative multi-disciplinary to work on global client projects across on innovation operational excellence and transformation-led Join WNSShape the UX vision for high-impact projects across the a growing design team and contribute to strengthening WNSs design at the intersection of design process technology and analytics.
