Job Summary
Were looking for caring dedicated individuals to join us as Full Time & Part-Time Care Professionals. In this rewarding role youll provide compassionate personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
- Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
- Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
- Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
- Monitor and report on client well-being
What Were Looking For
- A kind reliable nature experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping others
- We are unable to offer Sponsorship
What We Offer
- 13.25 per hour 14 on weekends enhanced Bank Holiday pay (26.50/hr)
- Paid travel time 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
- Free DBS check
- Full training provided no experience needed
