Calling all those who are ready to level up!
If youve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of hiring how companies find the one how interviews really work and how talent is discovered this is your all-access pass!
As our Recruitment Intern youll be:
Hunting down hidden talent like a detective.
Posting catchy job ads like a marketer
Screening CVs like a human radar
Chatting with candidates like a pro communicator
Joining interviews and learning to spot the perfect match
Basically becoming a mini-recruiter with superpowers
Duration: 1 Month
Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Location: Remote your room your couch your favourite café your choice!
What Youll Learn (aka Your New Super Skills):
- How to design full recruiting strategies (yes the REAL ones)
- How to write job descriptions that actually make sense AND attract people
- Where to post jobs so they get noticed
- How to spot the gems in a pile of CVs
- How to conduct structured interviews (and enjoy them!)
- How to headhunt passive candidates like a talent-ninja
- The entire recruitment lifecycle from Hi nice to meet you to Welcome aboard!
Qualifications :

- Graduation year between 2021-2024.
