Purchasing Engineering

• Release the PO according to PR place order to supplier timely and ensure suppliers delivery timely to meet our requirement.
• 根据PR下达采购订单及时向供应商下订单并确保供应商及时交货以满足我们的要求
• Price inquiry from current &potential suppliers Price negotiation to get the competitive quotation on a timely manner.
• 向当前和潜在供应商询价进行价格谈判以及时获得有竞争力的报价
• Keep the materials inventory at a reasonable level to meet companys inventory goal.
• 保持合理的物料库存水平以满足公司的库存目标
• Contract evaluation and signing with supplier.
• 与供应商的合同评估和签署
• Solve the related payment issue with finance department ensure timely Payment to supplier.
• 与财务部门解决相关付款问题确保及时向供应商付款
• Identifies any possible cost optimization opportunity achieve cost reduction goal.
• 确定任何可能的成本优化机会以实现降低成本的目标
• Manage supplier and ensure suppliers performance (qualitydelivery etc.) continuous improvement.  
• 管理供应商并确保供应商的业绩质量交货等持续改进
• Seek new and potential qualified suppliers and have supply base optimization continuously.
• 寻找新的和潜在的合格供应商并不断优化供应基地
• Ensures proper and effective communication both with suppliers and internal departments.
• 确保与供应商和内部部门进行适当有效的沟通
• Complete the related tasks appointed by Department Manager.
• 完成部门经理指定的相关任务

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business administration/Mechanical manufacture and Automation/ Mechanical Engineering etc.
• 工商管理/机械制造和自动化/机械工程等学士/硕士学位
• 1 years working experience in related positions extensive experience in purchasing department Preferred in machinery industry from famous international enterprise.
• 1年相关职位的工作经验具有丰富的采购部门工作经验来自机械行业国际知名企业优先
• Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
• 强烈的责任心和团队合作精神
• Be able to work under pressure has a positive professional working attitude and style.
• 能够承受工作压力具有积极专业的工作态度和作风
• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent coordination & communication skills.

• Good English communication skills (listening speaking reading and writing).

• Strong knowledge of personal computers MS Office etc.
