Salesforce Developer

• Develop and customize Health Cloud objects components and integrations to support patient management and outcomes tracking adhering to healthcare standards and privacy requirements
• Design and implement data-driven solutions ensuring integrity security and compliance with PHIPA PIPEDA and provincial privacy regulations
• Lead technical design reviews conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices and coding standards
• Participate in Agile delivery automate business processes and support CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and related tools
• Provide Tier 2 production support troubleshoot issues and stay current with Salesforce releases and health tech trends to propose innovative solutions

Qualifications :

• 3 years of hands on development on the Salesforce Platform (Apex LWC Aura Visualforce).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Platform Developer II Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or MuleSoft Certified Developer are highly desirable
• Direct experience building solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud (patient care plan provider household objects)
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; exposure to MuleSoft or similar middleware; familiarity with HL7/FHIR is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling sharing rules OWD field level security and Canadian health privacy regulations (PHIPA PIPEDA)
• Proficient with Salesforce DX VS Code Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Jenkins Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments; comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prior experience in the home health home care or broader healthcare services sector
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS services and serverless architectures
• Experience with Experience Cloud/Communities for patient or caregiver portals
• Exposure to data migration tools (Data Loader Jitterbit Informatica)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and patient centred UX design
