2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding our customer experience is evolving and were growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes our Store Support Centre is laying the foundations for this transformation and our Supply Chain team is right at the heart of it.

Were looking for an International Supply Chain Analyst who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. This role is all about analysing data designing processes and supporting transformation projects that will shape the future of retail logistics. If you love finding efficiencies validating data and partnering with stakeholders to make things happen this is your moment.

This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.

What youll be doing

  • Analyse international supply chain data to identify trends cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Support the design and mapping of new international processes and documentation as part of Dollarama integration.
  • Manage day-to-day invoicing and queries while keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Track and report on key projects ensuring timelines budgets and benefits stay on track.
  • Provide commercial modelling and insights to enable transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations Merchandise and external vendors.

What youll bring

  • 24 years experience in a supply chain analyst or commercial analyst role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in retail logistics ocean freight or 3PL is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel Power BI or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to interpret data and present commercial insights clearly.
  • Exposure to large-scale retail or transformation projects is a strong advantage.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
