About the Role
As a Public Area Attendant you will play a key role in keeping our hotels public spaces pristine welcoming and safe. You will ensure all front-of-house and back-of-house spaces reflect our commitment to exceptional guest service and Accors Heartist culture.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas corridors lobby lifts washrooms and back-of-house zones.
- Completing routine and programmed cleaning tasks.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Reporting maintenance issues hazards or faulty equipment.
- Securing keys and maintaining safety of public spaces.
- Supporting Accors environmental program
- Delivering excellent service and interacting positively with guests and team members.
- Participating in required training briefings and Accor Academy modules.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience in a housekeeping or similar cleaning environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Reliable motivated and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting pushing pulling stairs).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across weekdays weekends and public holidays.
- Have full working rights in Australia
