Summary of the Job:

The Technology Partnership Manager is key to ensuring execution of our hybrid IT delivery model blending in-sourced and outsourced services to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives. This role helps ensure seamless execution of our hybrid model by building strong relationships with key vendors continuously evaluating service performance against our business goals and facilitating changes as needed.

About This Role:

What Youll Do:

Build strong day-to-day working relationships with vendor partners to continuously improve service quality and value

Manage performance standards and service agreements serving as the go-to person when issues need executive attention

Verify quality confirm SLAs and hold vendors accountable when standards are not met

Champion innovative service delivery approaches and help expand successful partnerships to new areas

Provide regular updates ideas and escalations to executive leadership

Translate business needs into actionable service plans and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery

Partner with finance and IT leadership to build and maintain business cases that demonstrate value and support decision-making

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Key Skills:

Strong communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constantly changing industry and environment

Self-starter with an ability to diagnose a problem figure out what needs to be done and do it

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Able to build credibility & have impact at speed

Ability to make decisions and priority calls based on currently available information

Ability to successfully build relationships

Positive attitude innovation and goal-oriented mindset

Analytical skills especially with digging into data

5-7 years related work experience

Ideal Candidates May Have:

Project coordination or program management experience in any industry

Background in technology operations consulting or vendor management

Experience with performance metrics SLAs or business case development

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $105443.00-$179253.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
