Join us as a Business Excellence Manager to lead regulatory changes drive business transformation projects support local digital capability management and oversee third-party risk compliance.

We are seeking a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering results in regulated environments while maintaining a customer-centric focus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timely delivery of multiple projects and report progress
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on ownership and ongoing growth
  • Drive complex project execution
  • Support digital infrastructure and capabilities management
  • Ensure risks related to third parties are managed in line with regulatory & AXP expectations (AEMP 10 among others)
  • Use data insights for strategic decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategy and execution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English both spoken and written. Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Economics Finance Mathematics or Business.
  • Documented experience within the credit card industry.
  • Project management organizational and process/workflow skills with experience leading cross-functional and large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong competence in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • People leadership experience required for this position.
  • Structured and inquisitive approach to problem-solving including the ability to address complex issues and ask pertinent questions with openness to tasks beyond ones core area of expertise.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks effectively and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience related to operational risk compliance and/or control functions
