A successful candidate will participate in all aspects of software development working directly with chatbot experts other developers and engineers within the team and our internal clients who wish to adopt chatbot solutions as part of technology service candidate will have a very strong technical foundation a strategic mindset great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global as a subject matter expert on the chatbot platformDevelopintegrations in Python and Groovy that enable virtual agents to interoperate with various systemsParticipate in every phase of the Software Development LifecycleCreate Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions and drive their adoptionUnderstand refine and translate customer requirements into working softwareCreate and enhance various utilities that support the chatbot platformLead design and code reviewsWork closely with a global team of engineers SREs and conversational Al expertsIdentify automation opportunities and lead the way in addressing themTrain and refine intent detection modelsContinually improve production virtual agentsMeasure demonstrate and articulate the value of Artificial Intelligence solutions and automationSupport POCs and product demonstrationsPrimary SkillsStrong knowledge of software design and best practicesDeep experience with Python coding and developmentExperience with JavaScript and Node js and other software development frameworks and librariesExperience building Al applications preferably Generative Al and LLM based appsExperience with Agentic Al frameworksFamiliarity with CCD practices and experience with GitHub and JenkinsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeep experience with Agile development practices such as ScrumStrong background in LinuxSolid understanding of LP and Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning conceptsYou might also haveExperience designing creating and interfacing with Virtual Agents using Amelia Kore Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platformExperience in development management and deployment of Kubernetes workloads preferably on of Auth 2.0 protocol for secure authorizationSourcing and labeling training data for ML modelsUnderstanding of SRE techniquesUnderstanding of Model Ops ML Ops LLM OpsSolid understanding of NLP and Al Machine Learning concepts7 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AzureEnterprise Technology & Services ETS delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users.
