Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
The Senior Specialist Marketing Operations (APAC) role is a new addition to StoneXs APAC Marketing team.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing (APAC) in Singapore and has a dotted reporting line to the Senior Manager Global Marketing Operations in the US to align APAC Marketings requirements with Global Marketings operations and resources.
Day-to-day this role will ensure APAC Marketings projects are delivered on time on target and to a high standard of excellence. This will be achieved by validating APAC Marketing project briefs engaging Global Marketing resources through project management platforms and monitoring progress to keep on track.
By overseeing APAC Marketing projects from intake to final approval this role will also build reporting and insights on resourcing efficiency and collaboration to support continuous strategic and operational improvements.
Primary duties will include:
- Coordinate APAC Marketing and Global Marketing teams (e.g. Copy Design Social Media) across time zones to ensure timely high-quality delivery.
- Leverage project management platforms to create projects engage project groups track project statuses keep projects on track and create reports.
- Create resource transparency optimize processes and build strong cross-functional relationships between APAC Marketing and Global Marketing.
- Coordinate with Global Marketing Operations for continued improvement to global operations (e.g. automation third-party integrations etc.).
- Maintain an APAC project database for alignment with APAC Business stakeholders (e.g. Front Office Compliance Audit etc.).
- Continuously learn about APAC Business and Marketing strategies to represent APAC interests and identify further ways to coordinate with Global Marketing.
- Maintain Global Marketing Operations best practices representing APAC requirements and localizing as needed.
- Provide monthly reports on projects and operations to the Head of Marketing (APAC).
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects (e.g. Copy Design Website Media Ads CRMs etc.) across time zones cultures and languages.
- Experience making data-driven strategic and operational improvements.
- Flexibility to support time-sensitive high-priority projects across regions.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.

- Experience working both in-house and within agency environments.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Fluent in English and a second Asian language (Mandarin preferred).
