What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge in a nursery setting.
- Confident understanding of safeguarding the EYFS child development and best practice.
- Ability to support staff model excellent childcare and uphold high standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive collaborative approach.
- Someone who thrives in a hands-on role within a lively supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership team as part of the senior structure within the nursery.
- Lead your room with confidence ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Oversee planning observations and assessments in line with the EYFS.
- Guide and mentor staff providing support training and encouragement.
- Build strong relationships with children and families promoting trust and communication.
- Help ensure the smooth running of daily operations across the setting when required.
