This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Room Leader or existing Third in Charge whos ready to grow their career and make a real impact in a nurturing forward-thinking environment.

What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge in a nursery setting.
Confident understanding of safeguarding the EYFS child development and best practice.
Ability to support staff model excellent childcare and uphold high standards.
Strong communication skills and a positive collaborative approach.
Someone who thrives in a hands-on role within a lively supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the leadership team as part of the senior structure within the nursery.
Lead your room with confidence ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Oversee planning observations and assessments in line with the EYFS.
Guide and mentor staff providing support training and encouragement.
Build strong relationships with children and families promoting trust and communication.
Help ensure the smooth running of daily operations across the setting when required.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health & safety and inclusive practice.
