About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic confident and motivated individual to make outbound calls and purchase pre-owned vehicles for resale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to kick-start their career in the Automotive Industry. With the dealership selling over 200 used vehicles each month this role plays a key part in our ongoing success.

Youll be supported with comprehensive training ongoing guidance and an attractive commission structure designed to set you up for success.

As a Buying Liaison you will:

Work collaboratively within a small to medium-sized team
Action and follow up warm leads
Conduct detailed vehicle inspections using online photos and videos
Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
Use strong negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes

Skills & Experience:

No previous automotive experience required
Friendly enthusiastic and customer-focused
Excellent communication skills
Highly driven and self-motivated
Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner who can follow processes and procedures
Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
Ability to pass a National Police Check
