Were looking for someone to be the welcoming face of Beta a Community & Visitor Experience Guide who brings curiosity warmth and deep knowledge of our mission to everyone who walks through our doors.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome & Inspire: Greet visitors from pilots and partners to students and families and make their first moments at Beta feel personal exciting and authentic
- Lead Tours: Guide guests through our hangars labs and test areas telling the story of our technology our people and the future were building together
- Be the Voice of Beta: Represent our culture and values with energy and clarity translating technical innovation into stories that spark imagination and connection
- Support Our Team: Act as a concierge for employees whether its helping a new hire find a great local coffee spot coordinating an internal tour or connecting someone with the right teammate for a tricky question
- Create Experiences: Partner with internal teams to organize visits events and special moments that strengthen our community and showcase what makes Beta special

Bonus Points:
- Experience in hospitality education or technical storytelling
- Familiarity with Betas technology and electric aviation
- Strong local knowledge from breweries to back roads

$65000 - $90000 a year
The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills experience industry background and the evolving needs of the role.
