IN-HOME CAREGIVER (PART-TIME POSITION)
PEGRAM TN
KINGSTON SPRINGS TN
We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.
- MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!
- PART-TIME ONLY!!
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!
- Pay Rate: $15-17/Hour
- Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)
- Ongoing Training As Needed!
- 401K with Company Match
- Benefits Provided for Full-Time Employees!
In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
In-Home Caregiver Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
In-Home Caregiver Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in providing care and following instructions
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting transferring and mobility support if required
