A respected Irvine-based litigation firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join its professional liability group. This role offers the opportunity to take over a stable caseload from a retiring senior attorney and immediately contribute to meaningful complex litigation on behalf of healthcare professionals.

Youll manage your own matters engage in motion work depositions and client communication and work directly with a supportive managing partner known for valuing initiative professionalism and accountability. The team maintains a collaborative respectful environment and is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced in-office setting.

Position Overview:

Salary: $120000$200000 DOE with annual bonuses and raises
Caseload: Approx. 20 active files
Billables: Target of 160200 hours/month no formal minimum
Schedule: In-office for the first 6 months; hybrid option may follow
